Architect - A leading design and build contractor based within the Caribbean is currently seeking an ambitious candidate to work on prestigious beach resort developments. Applicants will be involved with developing design concepts into working drawings therefore a good understanding of the construction process and knowledge of contractor’s information requirements essential. Must be capable of working within a multi-disciplined design team as well as on own initiative. AutoCAD skills essential and 3D presentational skills desirable. Candidate’s with experience of high grade hotel, restaurant, bar projects a distinct advantage.

Contract Manager - The Candidate should hold a commercial vehicle licence, be a qualified scaffolder and have the knowledge to put quotes together and to raise invoices etc.

Other - DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - will need to be a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years experience gained within Property Development and Regeneration. In particuluar you will have identified, negotiated and managed several devleopment projects of in excess of £20 million. Personal qualities will include drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, calmness under pressure and very high standards of integrity and professional conduct.

Architect - The successful candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 5 years post qualification experience preferably in road works
